Providing Literacy & Learning Support

Home, clinic, virtual and school-based services in Mexico, the U.S.,
and across the world for the English-speaking population.

Every learner deserves to thrive

No child is born knowing how to read, do math, or manage the demands of school — these are skills that have to be taught. For students with learning differences, that teaching needs to be different: explicit, structured, multisensory, and built around how their brain actually learns.

Young Minds Literacy & Learning brings that approach to three areas where bright students most often get stuck:

  • Literacy & dyslexia — structured, multisensory Orton-Gillingham instruction in phonological awareness, phonics, spelling, and written expression.
  • Math & dyscalculia — the same multisensory, concrete-to-abstract method applied to number sense, math facts, and problem-solving.
  • Executive function — building the planning, organization, working memory, and self-regulation skills students need to manage school and home routines independently. Particularly supportive for students with ADHD and autism, who often have strong abilities paired with executive function challenges.

We use the evidence-based, individualized Orton-Gillingham approach — often considered the "gold standard" for reading remediation — as the foundation of how we teach. By using multisensory tools to build skills sequentially, students learn in a way that sticks, and grow more confident across their learning.

Every child deserves access to the fundamental skills that let them explore, engage independently, and reach their fullest potential.
